
"I've always experienced stomach pains since my teens and thought that it was just normal to not be able to eat certain foods. It eventually got to the point where I was in pain daily at work every time I ate, so when work offered a nutritionist appointment I thought I would go along as had nothing to lose.
After speaking with Sam about the symptoms I was experiencing, I was relieved to hear that there was a real reason for why I was feeling bloated, sluggish and having cramps. Sam told me that by changing the types of foods I was eating and taking a probiotic tablet every day I could combat it.
In all honesty didn't expect a lot of difference in the next following weeks as I've never really watched what I eat, but thought I would give it a go and have been amazed at how much better I feel (almost instantly). I’m still eating plenty, but making better choices than I was before and I've not had my agonising stomach pains since! So pleased that I went for the initial meeting and if I stick with it like I plan to, then I will hopefully not have digestion problems again! I really liked coming to you rather than meeting in a group situation. I thought the recipe ideas were brilliant and felt very well looked after when you suggested other meals that I may like.
I found the whole experience to be very supportive especially regarding my IBS.
