What is Sound Therapy and Sound Baths?

Sound Therapy is a form of passive relaxation, where you are gently immersed in therapeutic sounds, frequencies, and vibrations from a range of instruments. These include crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant tools that harmonise your body, mind, and spirit.

The rhythm and resonance of the sounds help to quieten your thoughts, while the vibrations naturally align with the frequencies of your own body, allowing you to release stress and enter a deep state of relaxation—a space where true healing can begin.

You can come along to a group sound bath (see Events), or have a one to one personalised therapy, or couples sound therapy, or Energy Balancing experience.  You can also book as a couple or with a friend which is a beautiful bonding experience.

I also work with Companies to offer employees a group relaxation.
