One of the best parts of my job is cheering my clients on—and making healthy eating as simple and realistic as possible. Whether your goal is better health, weight loss, or just getting out of the takeout cycle, I’m here to help you get there with minimal stress.
That means we focus on building sustainable healthy habits—especially around planning, meal prep, and cooking. I don’t believe in spending hours in the kitchen (and I don’t do it myself), so everything I recommend fits into a busy lifestyle. Think: meals prepped in 10 minutes or less, smart shortcuts, and quick ideas that actually work.
We also look at your week ahead, finding the best times to batch cook or use the slow cooker, and identifying any particularly hectic days so we can make those as effortless as possible. I love sharing healthy "cheats" that keep you on track without feeling like you're sacrificing your time or your sanity.
But here’s the thing—habits run deep. When life gets chaotic, our brains default to old patterns because it’s easier. That’s why true, lasting change starts with understanding your reasons why and building strategies that stick, even when life gets hard.
Ask yourself:
· What’s really motivating me to make a change?
· How badly do I want results?
· Am I ready to retrain my habits, even when it’s tough?
· Who or what will hold me accountable?
· How will I handle obstacles?
· Why hasn’t it worked before?
If your answers show that this really matters to you, you’re already setting yourself up for success. But if you're hoping for big results without effort or commitment, it's likely to fall flat.
My job is to make the process easier, to support you, and to hold you accountable—but you have to really want it for us to make meaningful progress together.
